• A second bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — however, you may settle it early under certain conditions using the cash-out feature.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, a8806 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets will be handled in accordance with a8806's international policy.
• In live betting, odds change in real time based on market conditions — the odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software, bots, or scripts to place automated bets.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or channelling illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach or hack a8806's systems or security infrastructure.
• Misleading or attempting to defraud other members.

A8806 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months) with no activity (inactive account policy applies).
• Following a Self-Exclusion request submitted by the user.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

A8806 provides betting and gaming services, but liability is limited in the following cases:

• If a bet is lost due to a disconnection or a technical fault.
• If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment system.
• For issues caused by the user's own device or internet connection.

However, any losses caused by a fault within a8806's own systems will be thoroughly reviewed and compensated where applicable.
